Jennifer Aniston is the cover girl for Elle’s UK April 2009 issue. In it she says she wants to be a Bond Girl and says she doesn’t owe anybody her side of the story regarding her relationships with ex-husband Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

“There are no sides! There is no bad guy and there is no good guy. There are no villains and there is no heroine in this story. It’s just not the case.� “I remind myself every day that I am lucky. Look what’s out there. Look what people are really living through. There’s no comparison. I am happy.�

The magazine goes on sale this Wednesday.

Oh look, another Jennifer Aniston interview coming to us all the way from England. But before we get too far into the Elle U.K. profile, Jen has this little disclaimer:

“No matter what I say, things will always be taken out of context and misinterpreted, will always be turned around to make it seem as though I won’t let something go, or that I just keep talking about it over and over.”

Duly noted. And now onto Brad Pitt anyway!

“I don’t owe anybody anything. I don’t owe anybody my side of the story. There are no sides! There is no bad guy and there is no good guy. There are no villains and there is no heroine in this story. It’s just not the case.”

All right, so enough of that Team Aniston vs. Team Brangelina stuff in the comments and Oscar cutaways. Jen goes on to assure everyone she’s very lucky and happy despite denying herself hamburgers:

“I’m a realist,” she says. “I know that if I eat nothing but burgers and chips, I’m not going to be hired for the parts I normally would. That might be fine one day, but not right now.”

She’s got to keep it up so she can land her dream role as a Bond Girl and then another naked magazine cover to promote it.

“I get offered funny, quirky, pretty roles. I’d love to do an action movie. James Bond! Glamour! Daniel Craig! S–tloads of fun!”

And that is where we will leave Aniston for now—at a temporary standstill in the divorce war that will never end and daydreaming of killing people alongside Daniel Craig.

(CBS) If you want proof that 40 is the new 30 in Hollywood, then look no further than actress Jennifer Aniston.

She turns the big “Four-O” and she’s never been hotter, Early Show national correspondent Hattie Kauffman reports.

It happens to all of us. Our “Friends” start turning 40, including Aniston, who shared her thoughts about it with Ellen DeGeneres.

“I did have a moment over the weekend. I had my first, ‘Ahhh! I don’t want to, I don’t want to!’ I found a really long gray hair and it kind of flipped me out,” Aniston admitted.

On the hit series, “Friends” we all watched her character Rachel wrestle with turning 30.

“Conventional wisdom in Hollywood is that when you turn 40 as an actress your movie career cools down, but Jennifer Aniston seems to be going to opposite direction,” said Entertainment Weekly writer Adam B. Vary.

In fact, her last film, “Marley & Me,” has taken in $140 million and her newest, “He’s Just Not That Into You,” is currently number one.

“A lot more women are independent and not married and going into their 40’s and look at Jennifer Aniston I think that that person reflects my life, and so I think that it just bodes well for her,” Vary said.

Of course 40 is a bit more fabulous when you look like Aniston.

The birthday girl posed in her birthday suit for GQ Magazine. She told Early Show co-anchor Harry Smith that her secret for staying in shape - intense yoga workouts.

“You’ve got to see that breath of fire,” Smith said.

“I’ve got to get that fire before I calm down because if I’m going to work out, I’ve got to have it mean something,” she said.
40 forty this year, including Renee Zellweger, Jennifer Lopez, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Mariah Carey.

And it’s also worth noting that a lot of sexy men will be turning 40 this year as well, including P-Diddy, Matthew McConaughey and Javier Bardem.

“It’s my time. Every woman that’s ever said, or man, that said ‘It just gets better.’ I just agree,” Aniston told Smith.

She will next star opposite the very handsome Gerard Butler.

Is Jennifer Aniston throwing herself an early star-studded 40th birthday bash?

And will John Mayer give Jennifer Aniston an engagement ring at the party and then whisk her way for a secret romantic birthday getaway? That’s the rumor.

(nearly $141 million and growing), and now the No.1 movie in the U.S. with He’s Just Not That Into You , we’re just crazy for anything Jen. Can we say “America’s sweetheart” yet or would that be premature? (Does Meg Ryan have to be hit by a bus first?)

The actress catches a Siberian Husky running loose along busy Sunset Boulevard.

Jennifer Aniston starred in a doggie drama over the weekend, and no, it wasn’t “Marley & Me.�

Aniston was driving on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills when she spotted a Siberian Husky running loose along the busy road. The actress pulled over to the side, jumped out of her car, and slowly approached the dog.

Aniston managed to grab the dog by its collar. A nearby paparazzo – who caught most of the scene on film – had seen the dog escape from a yard and went to alert the owner.

Aniston owns several dogs herself, and talks about them frequently during interviews. While promoting “Marley & Me� before the holidays, Aniston explained how dogs are superior to men in an interview with USA Today.

“Men come and go but there really is no relationship like the one you have with a dog,� Aniston said. “But then they don’t live as long as they should.

“You have to say goodbye way too soon,� she added. “It’s just so sad. It makes me so sad. But their love is unconditional and I love that.
