Who says there’s no life after “Friends?” Certainly not Jennifer Aniston. Her latest project, “He’s Just Not That Into You” has her looking amazing and thinking positively.
Jen’s new look has everybody talking. Recent pics of the “Good Girl” actress revealed her killer tanned bod. A source told press, “The reaction of people seeing her in that itsy-bitsy, tenny-weeny bikini did more for Jen’s self image and self confidence than all the years of therapy put together!”
The former Rachel Green actress has been living life to the fullest as of late, with a bevy of new film projects, as well as a new pad. And it doesn’t hurt that her current film looks to be a surefire hit already.
Then again, how could she go wrong, starring alongside Scarlett Johansson, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Connelly and Drew Barrymore. Could it be that Jen’s budding film career will turn out to eclipse her former Friends fame?

It can’t be easy seeing her handsome ex-husband Brad Pitt and his stunning companion Angelina Jolie on the cover of virtually every magazine. But now, after showing off her new hot bod while on vacation in Hawaii, Jennifer Aniston is making headlines of her own. “The reaction from people seeing her in that itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny bikini did more for Jen’s self-image and self-confidence than all her years of therapy put together,” a friend of Jen recently told OK!
“She didn’t realize the impact it had until she was back in Los Angeles after the trip. Everywhere she went, everyone she spoke to (told her) what an absolute knockout she is and what great shape she’s in. For a 38-year-old woman who has just come out of a relationship and hasn’t been in front of the cameras in two years — it had her walking on air.”
And Jen has a new home to go with her new attitude, reports OK! It’s the house she purchased for $15 million last year, which was to be the new love nest with her then-boyfriend of the moment, Vince Vaughn. Just like the other massive changes in her life, Jen had the 9,000-square-foot, mid-century architectural masterpiece gutted for a complete renovation. Though she’s now moving in to the home alone, Jen’s pal told OK! that “she’s viewing it as a symbol of her independence.”
Unsung hero in Burmese prison gets celebrity petition to UN for release

HOLLYWOOD, CA (Hollywood Today) 9/8/07 — Celebrities Jennifer Aniston, Dustin Hoffman, Owen Wilson, Robin Williams and Anjelica Huston were among 28 hot shots to sign their name in a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon Wednesday for the release of a Burmese activist. “We urge you to take action to secure her immediate release,” the letter said, referring to Aung San Suu Kyi, 62-year-old woman who has been under house arrest in Myanmar for about 11 years.
Aung was recently championed by actor Jim Carrey in a YouTube video he made calling for the heretofore obscure political prisoner’s release.
The world’s only imprisoned Nobel Peace Prize recipient, Aung was first placed under house arrest after her party National League for Democracy won elections in 1990.
The Myanmar government, however, never recognized Aung’s victory as the country’s elected leader even after the party won 82 percent of the seats in parliament.
“The military regime cruelly locked her up along with many members of her party,” the letter explained to Ban. “This courageous, brave woman whom many call ‘Burma’s Nelson Mandela’ should be released and the military regime should end its attacks on civilians.”
According to the UN, Myanmar’s military junta burned down or destroyed more than 3,000 villages in the eastern part of the country; forcing more than one million people to leave their homes.
The country is currently holding about 1,200 political prisoners, Aung included. Founder of the Human Rights Action Center, Jack Healey describes Aung as “a woman that is taking on a brutal military dictatorship with nothing more than the truth in her heart and the support of her people.”
“The situation inside Burma is grave, similar to that in Darfur. The silence of the world on Aung San Suu Kyi is unconscionable,” said Jeremy Woodrum, co-founder of the U.S. Campaign for Burma.
Aung’s story has gained more publicity after actor/comedian, Jim Carey posted a you-tube video calling for American support of his “unsung hero” as he calls her.
The Human Rights Action Center and the U.S. Campaign for Burma are two organizations Carey mentions in his video for people to join and donate to in order to help bring about Aung’s release and end Myanmar’s military regime.
Daily protests against the government have been taking place in Myanmar as the most sustained demonstrations against the military regime in at least nine years.
Signatories. Eric Szmanda from the television show “Crime Scene Investigation” and Walter Koenig from “Star Trek,” recently traveled to refugee camps along the Thailand-Myanmar border to urge for more help from the UN.
Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore enjoyed a girls’ night out together over dinner at the celebrity favorite Tower Bar restaurant at L.A.’s chic Sunset Tower Hotel on Friday, Aug. 31 — Jen has been spotted there in the past with former flame Paul Sculfor.
The two friends were discussing their upcoming film project, He’s Just Not That Into You, the movie they’re shooting this month with Scarlett Johansson, Justin Long, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Connelly and possibly Ben Affleck. Drew is also starring and producing the film. This is Jen’s first movie since her self-imposed hiatus after splitting with Break-Up co-star Vince Vaughn.
They sat at a corner table after arriving at 8:30 and left separately two hours later. Jen was wearing a white cap-sleeved top — she’s never looked better. Drew wore a dress. They drank sparkling mineral water and a little white wine, and split side order of truffle fries.
“There was lots of laughing and animated discussion,” an eyewitness tells OK!
Jennifer Aniston recently enjoyed a romantic dinner date with Bradley Cooper, who’s just 32 and newly single, Star reports!
The pair are set to costar in the upcoming romantic comedy He’s Just Not that Into You, and Bradley also has an ex named Jennifer – who dumped him!
Actress Jennifer Esposito filed for divorce last May, a mere 5 months after they wed. “He was devastated,” says a friend. “But that’s all in the past now. He’s Jen’s new Brad, and she’s his new Jen!”
The cozy costars met at Bradley’s Brentwood, California, home, thanks to mutual friend and matchmaker Drew Barrymore. As co-producer, Drew desperately wanted Jen to do the film. But Jen was reluctant to sign on.
“Drew pushed, and Jen finally agreed to meet with Bradley,” says the source. “Jen wanted it quiet and low-key so he invited her to his house, and it was great. Brad lit some candles and made dinner. He’s a good cook. They made a good connection. She loved his house, loved his dogs and most importantly, loved talking to him.”
Jen not only agreed to star in the movie, she apparently found a guy she’d like to see a lot more of, after splitting with British model Paul Sculfor.
“She’s really excited about Bradley,” says the friend. “She’s now probably thinking, like Paul who? Bradley and Jen really hit it off and genuinely liked each other.”
And it’s not hard to see why. “They have a lot in common,” the friend notes. “They love animals, for one – Jen has two dogs and Bradley has 3. And they’re both athletic and like weekend getaways.”
“They’ve talked a few times on the phone and are planning on getting together again,” the friend tells Star.
Did Brad Pitt wait to jump Angelina Jolie’s bones until after he had split with his wife of five years Jennifer Aniston? He would like you to believe that. Reports when Pitt and Jolie were working on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith painted a picture that led to Pitt’s nickname of Brad the cad. His co-star Vince Vaughn even reportedly told the wandering Pitt to “go home to his wife.”
But a report that will hit this week has quotes from Pitt where he tries to spin his feelings for Jolie as being put on hold until after he told Jennifer he was finished with her.
In what may be the most laughable quote yet to come out of the mess that is the still going triangle between Jolie-Pitt and Aniston. “The most important thing about that time was for Jen and me to figure out if — how do I put it? — if we didn’t want to go on without any outside influence. Is this where we got off? Have we taken this as far as we wanted to? Those questions had to be answered before an attraction for Angie could be answered.”
Lost in translation? It certainly seems like Brad Pitt had the hots for Angelina Jolie and was ready to get busy. Unfortunately he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. So of course he had to go break up with Jen before he could really carry on with Ang as the rumors were everywhere. I wonder if that’s how Pitt presented it?
Did Brad tell Jen - ‘Hey baby - I know we are married and all but this Jolie chick is smoking hot. So - I’m thinking we can split so I can have a free shot at her - what do you think Jen?’
Brad Pitt insists he and ex-wife Jennifer Aniston still have a very “deep friendship”.
The Hollywood actor - who split from the former Friends actress in 2005 after four years of marriage - said in an interview in Details magazine, Jennifer will always be part of his life.
He said: “Jen and I still maintain a deep friendship and have a lot of life together that isn’t erased in any way.”
Brad - who now lives with partner Angelina Jolie and their four children, Maddox, six, Pax, three, Zahara, two and 15-month-old Shiloh - says he handled their subsequent divorce as best he could.
He added to America’s V magazine: “I don’t know how better to have handled it. My view was, this is no one’s business in the end - at least in matters of the heart. So you need to protect all involved as much as possible. I don’t know if that cooled things off or exacerbated them, but it was a thing I felt justly about at the time. Again, the thing guiding me then was you don’t know how many days you have and you need life to be everything you want it to be.”
The Fight Club star also revealed the “magical” time he had when Angelina was pregnant with Shiloh, their only biological child.
Brad said: “I remember making it vividly. For one, Angie was pregnant. It was a very nice time for us. So personally, it was a magical time.”
Washington - Actress Jennifer Aniston is saving the environment in a very interesting way- by brushing her teeth in the shower.
The former ‘Friends’ star claims that she always cleans her teeth and body at the same time to save water and electricity.
“I take a three-minute shower. I even brush-wash - brush my teeth while I shower,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.
“Every two minutes in the shower uses as much water as a person in Africa uses for everything in their life for a whole day,” she added.
Meanwhile the ‘The Break-Up’ star has reportedly split with British model Paul Sculfor.
Friends of the couple suggest that the 36-year-old model, known for his reputation as a serial womaniser, had been finding the relationship too committed.
Rumours also say that Sculfor was getting sick and tired of the constant media attention.

The Friends star is claimed to be happy with a move across the Atlantic to aid her homesick boyfriend.
A source commented: “Jennifer loves the UK and London - especially now that, with her relationship with Paul, she has a reason to be there.
“Paul has been missing home and Jennifer is tired of Los Angeles so it seems only logical they give it a go.”
They added: “Paul has a place in the UK but they plan to look for something together in London soon.”
Last week, it was reported the pair had temporarily split, with Essex-born Sculfor leaving her for a two-week trip to London.
